Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item if item is defective. Any items received by consumer, must be returned within 7 business days of receiving item or we will not refund at ALL. For any exchanges past the 7 day period, we charge a 25% restocking fee.
