Returns & Exchanges


We have a refund policy, however there are certain guidelines that must be met prior to making a full refund to you.

  1. The item needs to be in unworeable condition
  2. It must be sent back with its package, folded properly just as received.
  3. There must be no damage associated to the item if it was not mentioned to the courier upon receiving the package.
  4. The return must be sent by the customer, and the fees to the shipping courier is contingent on the customer and their situation.
  5. The refund process does not happen rapidly, it will take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect to your account.

All returns require the customer to return the goods at their own costs. We do not pay for the shipping label for the returned merchandise. 

*There is NO returns on pre-ordered items. There is no exception whatsoever for any pre-ordered items, so please make your selections wisely. 

Items that are non-refundable

  1. Jewelry - All jewerly listed on our site is non-refundable. NO acceptions.
  2. Custom ordered dresses - These dresses are non-refundable as well. NO acceptions. 


Exchanges are pretty much the same as returns, it must fit all the criteria as above. If none of the above is met, there maybe no exchange.
